Returns & Exchange Policy
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Tags must still be attached, and the original packaging must be included.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards and used merchandise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the status of your refund. If approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived after 10 business days:
- Contact your credit card company or bank to check for delays.
- If the issue persists, email us at info@bluelinesurf.com
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days if the item meets the same return requirements (unused, unwashed, and tags attached). Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made an error.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, store credit will be issued upon return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser or be converted to store credit.
